This year's No. 9 typhoon "lichma" landed at 1:45 a.m. on August 10 in the southern town of Wenling, Taizhou. The maximum wind force near the center was 16 at the time of landing.
"Lichma" is the strongest typhoon landing in China this year, and also the third largest typhoon landing in Zhejiang Province in the past 70 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China. Affected by this, power supply facilities in Taizhou have been seriously damaged. According to relevant departments, 326 10kV main lines and 259 branch lines in Wenling area have been shut down due to fault, involving more than 420000 users.

In order to ensure that the lines in the disaster area can be electrified as soon as possible, the rescue team, in the heat of the heat, cleaned up the hidden power obstacles and repaired the high-voltage transmission lines.
The area of power supply facilities passed by the typhoon has been seriously damaged. The secondary disasters such as landslide, debris flow, flood and waterlogging also seriously threaten the normal operation of the equipment, and increase the difficulty of emergency rescue team in power repair.
